Dear Sir,

Thank you for installing our new generator. You handled everything- the permits, the cement slab, the electrical connection, the fuel tank, and all the inspections. I am also very happy with the service contract and knowing that I do not have to worry about finding a generator mechanic or refueling.

The power has gone out in my neighborhood more than once for non-weather related occurrences and the generator took over so smoothly that we didn't even realize it had turned on. We could not be more pleased!
