AL BRENNER, MANAGER MEMBER For over 25 years, Mr. Brenner has been servicing and maintaining diesel engines for automotive, marine and industrial power applications. He is the former owner of a chain of successful auto parts stores, is now a successful commercial real estate entrepreneur, and the owner of a natural beef farm in Ocala, Florida. Presently, Mr. Brenner is building a ranch in Arkansas which will be powered by various alternative power sources. As the co-owner of Megawattage, Mr. Brenner not only supervises and works with all the field crews on all the jobs but uses his business acumen to help keep the company growing, honest and dependable. Mr. Brenner is the core of Megawattage™ and his abilities and instincts is what has made the company as large as it is today.

PETER FUCINI, FIELD SUPERVISOR and ELECTRICAL QUALIFIER Peter Fucini is a State of Florida licensed electrician with over 20 years experience in the power generation industry. Considered by his peers to be one of the foremost experts in commercial/industrial generator installation in South Florida, Mr. Fucini, along with Mr. Brenner and Mr. Ellsworth, are the technical gurus at Megawattage™.

BRIAN WOLFE, FIELD SUPERVISOR, GENERAL CONTRACTOR, MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR QUALIFIER Brian Wolfe is a State of Florida licensed general contractor and a State of Florida licensed mechanical contractor. Helping Megawattage™ expand its growing diesel tank removal and replacement business is Mr. Wolfe's primary focus.

MICHAEL JANSEN, MANAGING MEMBER For over twenty five years, Mr. Jansen has worked in the environmental and power industries. Mike was active originally in the business and legal fields. Now he is a part of the field installation team working under Peter Fucini, Megawattage's Master Electrician and Brian L. Wolfe, Megawattage's General and Mechanical Contractor.

RON ELLSWORTH, SENIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR For over 25 years, Mr. Ellsworth has worked for Mr. Brenner rebuilding and designing diesel engines in the power generation business. Mr. Ellsworth is our senior field supervisor with technical expertise in installing, servicing, and maintaining all major brands of generators and diesel tanks. Mr. Ellsworth is not only an amazing diesel engine and diesel tank mechanic but has incredible electrical and construction abilities as he has recently proven once again with his management of the emergency generator projects for the State of Florida.

GREG HOLIFIELD, FIELD SUPERVISOR Mr. Holifield has over 20 years experience working in the electrical installation industry. After working throughout his teen years in the family electrical contracting business, Mr. Holifield spent two years in the Navy specializing in electrical systems repair. Mr. Holifield is working under the Megawattage™ electrical license as an electricians apprentice. Working side by side with Ron Ellsworth, Mr. Holifield has made a tremendous contribution to our organization and has recently begun working with Mr. Ellsworth in our high growth diesel tank installation business.

ERIC SPEARS, FIELD TECHNICIAN In late 2007, Eric Spears, was given a tremendous responsibility to help manage one of our major diesel generator/tank projects for the State of Florida. Although this was one of our largest projects and had many more challenges to contend with, Mr. Spears did an incredible job handling the day to day management of the project.

SAMUEL R. HASSID, CEO As CEO of the company, Mr. Hassid is responsible for day to day management, logistics support, quality control and Safety.

The history of Megawattage Generator can be traced back to 1998, when Allen Brenner incorporated Al’s Gas and Diesel Machine Shop, Inc. The vision of that original company founded in 1998 remains the same today: To service and maintain generators for clients with mission critical needs.

LISA BRENNER, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, MEGAWATTAGE™ Lisa Brenner, a graduate of the University of Miami School of Business is our Director of Business Development. Ms. Brenner completed her studies abroad at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England where she studied global alternative energy initiatives in a changing world. Ms. Brenner has over ten years of work experience in the diesel generator engine business, assisting with marketing, sales, and administration as well as the managing of diesel generator engine shops throughout South Florida. Ms. Brenner has recently launched Go Biodiesel to provide biodiesel fuel to various cities, counties and businesses throughout South Florida. With a strong work ethic, keen entrepreneurial spirit, and a natural business acumen, Ms. Brenner has helped Megawattage to grow and prosper.
